Our Local Story

Evergreen Builders was founded with a simple idea: bring custom home-building quality to smaller structures. Too many ADUs and backyard builds are treated as afterthoughts — prefab kits, modular panels, or converted sheds that cut corners and sacrifice quality.

We do things differently. Every structure we build is stick-built on a permanent foundation, fully permitted, and constructed to the same standards as a custom home. We handle everything from the initial property analysis and design to permits, construction, utility connections, and final inspection.

With over 35 years of combined experience in residential construction across Northwest Arkansas, our team knows the local codes, the local land, and the local market. We are not a franchise — we are your neighbors, and we build like it.

Dewayne Langley

Dewayne brings years of hands-on building experience to every Evergreen project — having built over 100 homes from the ground up. He leads our on-site crews with precision, ensuring every detail meets our standard of quality from framing through final finishes.

Colby Richardson

Assistant Project Manager

Colby works behind the scenes to help keep jobs running smoothly. Among many things, he helps our team manage materials, schedules, and sub coordination. His organizational and communication skills allow our team to move faster and smoother across all jobs.

Eric Rivera

Site Foreman

Eric is a skilled in-house general laborer that is on the ground every day doing the work. He is capable of doing many different trades and helps fill the gaps in our trades. His construction expertise and leadership on-site ensure that every project is built to code and built to last.
